Service took much longer than initially told Arrived at 3:45 for the express oil change, was told it would take ~45 min. They also suggested to have recall work done - which they said would be a Arrived at 3:45 for the express oil change, was told it would take ~45 min. They also suggested to have recall work done - which they said would be an hour total. At 4:45, my car was still were I left it - was never taken in for service - an hour later. They did say they would bring it in and have three tech's work on it, which they did, and also did not charge me for the service. But still, it is frustrating to be told an hour for service, and your car doesn't even get taken in within the hour. This is not the first time this has happened to me here either. More

Recall & general service visit I was able to drop my car off early and they had a loaner at the ready for me. The man who helped me out (Tim) was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I really appreciated the service report with photos that explained all of the items and then the follow up to help answer questions and walk me through my options. They had my car ready in plenty of time to pick it up at the end of the day and I can't say enough great things about how helpful it is to be able to get a full inside/outside wash while it's there!
