Hi Amanda. I'm sorry to hear you had trouble reaching someone in our service department. We have become extremely busy and at the same time we are short on physical space. In an effort to bridge that gap, I brought on a call center to help answer the phone calls when we can't. Until (hopefully very soon!) we make the space bigger and find the right people to join our team, we have to work with what we have the best we can.
