Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to provide the highest level of service and transparency. We provided written documentation and pictures at the time of your service. Your vehicle failed NH state inspection for multiple items to include, engine oil leaking onto the exhaust, lower ball joint boots disintegrated and the grease gone, multiple suspension bushings deteriorated and separating, etc. According to your father who called in and yelled at multiple employees, another shop passed your vehicle for a state inspection after your visit with us. If you did not have any repairs performed prior to them passing your vehicle, they should not have passed it. If you would like to dispute the state inspection results, you can contact the NH Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles.
