Nice peeps. Service requested was completed and was satisfactory. All the recommended services are dealer expensive. If we were to do any of the manufacturers recommended services, we would not do them at any dealer. Plenty of quality mom and pop shops for at least half what any dealer would charge. More

This dealership is not only the best Subaru dealership I have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how are things?" When its a long service they either give me a loner or give me a ride home and back to the shop for free. They said we needed new differential fluid even though they just did that service last time we were there. Hopefully it was an honest mistake but I don't see how that is possible. Promised when I bought the Ram Truck that your service department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ra department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ram. Never will do any business in the future with Granite Subaru and will tell everyone I know of their deceptive practices. More

Always a smooth service experience at Granite. From the friendly staff, pleasant waiting room and respect for my time to the ease of making appointments it’s a pleasant experience. There are two dealership service centers closer to my home in Massachusetts but I choose to bring my car to Granite in NH because of the quick, thorough, and pleasant service.
