I took my truck here after a bad experience at Autonation NRH thinking the service would be better. I have had to take my truck back multiple times for incomplete repairs or repairs that caused other problem NRH thinking the service would be better. I have had to take my truck back multiple times for incomplete repairs or repairs that caused other problems ranging rattles to engine noise due to a failure to reinstall the firewall boot. The communication from the service advisor has been terrible during every visit. My repair journey started April of 2025 and has gone on till January of 2026. It’s been repeated and new issues that came up but it’s only been a total 5 simple repairs and 2 recalls and 10 months of take backs. It’s to the point I’m just done they wore me down I give in I’ll just deal with the rattle in my headliner after 3 attempts to repair it when I had no rattle before the sunshade was repaired. I’m to a point I’m not sure I want to keep my truck due to the displeasure they caused me and what I feel is lack of concern over a rattle. It’s an $87,000 truck that was rattle free till the worked on it. So going forward I will return to Classic in S Arlington which is very inconvenient to me but they took care of every issue I ever had on my 2018 and 2020 Wrangles and my 2020 Ram. It really is hard to find a great service center and as of now the dismissive treatment I’ve been receiving from their lack of being able to solve the problem they caused was the last straw. Customer first is gone and so is this customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere in hopes of finding that great service one should expect. More
