At first felt ignored when pulled up at the service line, eventually someone made contact, but assumed I was dropping off my truck for someone else, because of what I was wearing, then I communicated the the eventually someone made contact, but assumed I was dropping off my truck for someone else, because of what I was wearing, then I communicated the the vehicle belonged to me, seemed surprised not sure why. I felt a little upset but when finally my service advisor came everything changed, he was very professional and made me forget my unpleasant moment. From there on the loaner vehicle desk was more than helpful, and to finish with the cherry on top, truck was repaired very quickly, picked up vehicle freshly washed and no longer having the issue it was brought for and some, also repaired bolts from catalytic. So far the truck has not shown any more issues. More
