Took my new 2026 Jeep Wrangler x in for first service and it had a slight hesitation(misfire)repaired.They never called me for 4 days So I called them twice. They never called me back, then finally called me and said it was ready. They could not duplicate the problem. I show up only to find a big dent in my door which they did say it was on them then. I drove with the technician and he said yes, there was a problem, so I have to leave it there again to have the door repaired and the issue with it misfiring which they already told me that it was a normal problem until I drove the technician and then he realized it was not normal. I would not suggest this service department to work on a bicycle… More
