Bought my first Ram from Kurt S. At Grapevine Dodge and was probably the best buying experience at a car dealership in a while. I told him what I was looking for and he not only located it for me quickly was probably the best buying experience at a car dealership in a while. When you get there you are told you must finance through the dealership to get that pricing. They do not work work with 3rd party financing, only their preferred lenders. I went in with a pre-approval from my Credit Union with a rate lower than Chrysler Capital with a longer term. They wanted me to fill out an application so they could run my credit again thus hitting my credit score so they could show me the pricing breakdown. I said my terms were better and they said the could send out app to their preferred lenders to try and beat my financing. (more credit score hits!) I told them several times I do not want to finance through them. At that point I said no deal and left. This is very deceptive - beware. More
Only reason commenting is because I have to. It's important for consumers to know honest experiences other consumers have had. All I can say is this dealer is not on your team. This use to be a reputable dealer, but honestly they have gone down. This experience made me buy a Ford. Matter of fact I did yesterday after Mr Wade said he would call me back on a dishonest procedure the dealer did and tried to cover it up after my wife called them out on it. We gave them a opportunity to be honest. But He Didn't. We drive up the street walked to dealer and was in and out in 90 min with my new truck without argument, lies, or tough arm. (They sit you in the center of the building and scream your deal and your personal info) At Ford,I got a better price, the deal I requested, I received, no sending my report to anyone except whom I had already chosen with a better deal bigger truck and better price. This experience moved me from a brand I've been driving for 20 years now I don't even want a dodge, ram or Chrysler Jeep anymore. If a brand dealer is this way. The brand isn't far behind them. More

Service dept returned my vehicle to me without license plate, tire cover, floor mats where they belong and stickers and writing all over windshield. Had jeep for a month for a 1 day job! Claimed they wash plate, tire cover, floor mats where they belong and stickers and writing all over windshield. Had jeep for a month for a 1 day job! Claimed they washed my vehicle before I picked it up and yet returned it to me full of dirt and even dog prints in back seat not to mention stickers and writing all over windshield. I don't own a dog. Service dept points fingers at everyone else and lies and doesn't take care of their customers. Also, called a few days prior to completion of job to file a complaint with manager Chris who just put Bryan back on phone with me over previous complaint I also had when they missed the deadline to get my car fixed and refused to pay for rental car or give me a loaner in the interim. You should have been ashamed to return a car in this condition to a customer. More
Do not use the service department at this dealership! After going to this dealer for all of my service needs for over four years I experienced the worst customer service ever this week. I started hearing After going to this dealer for all of my service needs for over four years I experienced the worst customer service ever this week. I started hearing an abnormal noise from the front left wheel on Tuesday. I called my normal service advisor, David, to ask him if they had any rental vehicles available if I brought my truck in to be checked out and fixed. He explained they no longer had rental vehicles available. After locating a rental vehicle available at DFW airport I took my truck to the dealership about 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. David told me the repairs might take 2 or 3 days and that he would call me to give me updates. After not hearing anything from him on Wednesday I called him on Thursday afternoon. He told me then that they had not had a chance to look at it yet but he would get back to me on Friday morning. Crickets... I called him again at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. He told me he would have to check with someone and would call me when they came back from lunch. Crickets again! I went to the dealership about 4:00 p.m. and they still hadn't even looked at the front wheel or done the oil change and tire rotation that was prepaid for. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. After having paid for a rental vehicle for three days there was still zero progress on my truck and I am supposed to believe this is acceptable. I demanded they get my truck so I could get the service completed by a business that has respect for their customers time and money. Never again will I go to this dealership for anything!!! More
