It was the best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had! Marcus answered all our questions and got us the out the door price/ information that we were looking for. No other dealers did that. Young sales people some unprofessional especially on the internet side. They seemed snooty and dismissed my offer and I ended up buying for the same price I originally offered. Juan saved the day. Was passed around from person to person. Was ready to walk. I didn’t need the vehicle, I wanted it. I could have gone any other way. Wasn’t told I could have waived the anti theft service would have saved me another $500.

Poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. They failed to return a rental truck after reassuring me it would be handled. It sat in their parking lot for two weeks and cost me $1800.00. It's been five months and still unresolved. Sold me a CPO 2019 Lincoln Navigator for $85,000 when it was all said and done with a cracked windshield and bad tires and bad Instrument panel which obviously did not go through the 200 point inspection. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR GAME WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS BECAUSE ONCE THE SALE IS FINAL SO IS THE CUSTOMER!!!!

Dealership is always clean all employees are helpful n polite. This was the fourth ford vehicle I’ve have bought but the first at grapevine ford and it as been best dealership I’ve dealt with
