COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! ! Spoke at length with Brent 'The manager' over the phone and advised I had a firm budget of $33,500 drive away for a preowned BMW. He agreed and rep ! Spoke at length with Brent 'The manager' over the phone and advised I had a firm budget of $33,500 drive away for a preowned BMW. He agreed and repeatedly asked 'so when can you come down to the dealership?' I explained very clearly I'm not the guy who'll fall in love with car and pay more. I stated respectfully, if you can't do the price it's absolutely fine, I don't want my time wasted. Again, he agreed and said 'it won't exactly be 33,500 but it will be an odd number in the 33,500, like 33,610 etc, etc. I said fine and made a time to go in the next day. I get there, he's not there. No big deal. Drove the car, said I'll take it and sat down with a rep. He goes away to get some paperwork and comes back with another guy punching numbers on his phone telling me they'll lose on the deal and the best they could do is $34,000. For $500! whatever - I agreed, we shook hands and he then went to get paperwork. Comes back 10 minutes later with "Sorry, my director said with the high interest and clicks we have on this car, the best we can do is $35,000." I bit my tongue and walked out. Games, games, games! Very unprofessional - No idea how these clowns stay in business. BUYER BEWARE More
David Mekhail was an absolute 10/10 during the sales experience for my daughter’s first car. From the start, he truly listened to what we wanted (and just as importantly, what we didn’t want), answered experience for my daughter’s first car. From the start, he truly listened to what we wanted (and just as importantly, what we didn’t want), answered every question thoroughly, and offered helpful insight to make sure we were making the best decision. He was friendly, authentic, and refreshingly not the stereotypical “slick car salesman” — you know the one 😅. There was zero pressure at any point, which made the entire buying process comfortable and enjoyable. He genuinely made my daughter’s first car-buying experience a great one. That said, the experience took a sharp turn once we got to the financing portion. Unfortunately, that part of the process was frustrating and took far longer than it should have, which really dampened the overall vibe after such a smooth sale. It was disappointing, especially after such a strong start. All in all, David was fantastic and absolutely deserves recognition for how well he handled the sales side. If the financing experience matched the level of service David provided, this would have been a flawless experience. Go see David — you won’t be disappointed! More
