We were treated with care and respect from the moment we arrived. We came back several times before we finally bought and it was always easy and pleasant. Pretty much as easy as buying experience as I have arrived. We came back several times before we finally bought and it was always easy and pleasant. The salesman, Aman, rushed the process and prioritized closing the deal over ensuring the vehicle was truly right for my family. Once the paperwork was signed, all communication stopped. There was no follow-up unless I initiated it, and concerns raised after the sale were met with excuses or no response at all. The finance experience with Willie was similarly rushed and high-pressure. Basic questions felt like an inconvenience, and transparency was clearly not a priority — pushing the deal through was. More concerning, the vehicle had four open recalls at the time of purchase. I was explicitly told they could all be handled in one day, which I later learned was inaccurate. This misinformation directly impacted my decision to move forward with the purchase. As a parent, I also have serious safety concerns regarding this vehicle, including the lack of a clear way to exit the car if the battery dies. Safety should never be minimized when selling a family vehicle. After the purchase, I attempted to contact management multiple times regarding these concerns and received no response. The post-sale experience has been nonexistent. After speaking with other customers and reading additional reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated incident, particularly involving the same salesperson. Grapevine Ford treated a major financial decision as a quick transaction rather than a long-term customer relationship. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, transparency, or post-purchase support. More
Good experience overall, David did a great job, as did Willie in the F & I office. Would recommend David to anyone looking for a new car or truck, no high pressure. AVOID! Persistent Harassment & Deceptive Sales Tactics I am writing this review to warn consumers about the unethical and harassing business practices at Persistent Harassment & Deceptive Sales Tactics I am writing this review to warn consumers about the unethical and harassing business practices at Grapevine Ford. I will be reporting this dealership to the Texas Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). My experience with Internet Sales Manager Jarvis and Sales Manager Christopher Aylesworth was unprofessional and concerning. They were completely opaque on pricing and refused to negotiate in good faith. The entire process felt like a high-pressure attempt to coerce me into a bad deal. They were inflexible and employed outdated sales tactics, making it clear their priority was maximizing profit over customer satisfaction. I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere, where I received excellent service, transparency, and a great deal. The most egregious issue is their continuous harassment. Over a month ago, I explicitly requested that they remove me from their database and cease all contact. For the past four weeks (and counting), I have been harassed daily with multiple calls, including voicemails that consist only of hold music. This is a blatant disregard for my "do not contact" request and a violation of consumer rights. I escalated this matter to Chaz Gilmore (Managing Partner of Grapevine Ford) and Berkshire Hathaway Automotive directly. It is baffling that in 2025, a dealership believes it is acceptable to use harassment to try and strong-arm consumers. I have documented call logs and voicemails as evidence for my formal complaints to the FTC and Texas AG. Save yourself the time and the stress. Avoid Grapevine Ford at all costs. There are plenty of professional, transparent, and respectful dealers in North Texas who value their customers. More
