My experience purchasing a 2020 Lincoln Aviator from Grapevine Ford was beyond unacceptable and has completely eroded my trust in this dealership. There was no follow-up unless I initiated it, and concerns raised after the sale were met with excuses or no response at all. The finance experience with Willie was similarly rushed and high-pressure. Basic questions felt like an inconvenience, and transparency was clearly not a priority — pushing the deal through was. More concerning, the vehicle had four open recalls at the time of purchase. I was explicitly told they could all be handled in one day, which I later learned was inaccurate. This misinformation directly impacted my decision to move forward with the purchase. As a parent, I also have serious safety concerns regarding this vehicle, including the lack of a clear way to exit the car if the battery dies. Safety should never be minimized when selling a family vehicle. After the purchase, I attempted to contact management multiple times regarding these concerns and received no response. The post-sale experience has been nonexistent. After speaking with other customers and reading additional reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated incident, particularly involving the same salesperson. Grapevine Ford treated a major financial decision as a quick transaction rather than a long-term customer relationship. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, transparency, or post-purchase support. More
