On December 13th, we executed a vehicle purchase under conditions of extreme late-night fatigue at 11:00 PM. The finance department explicitly leveraged our physical exhaustion to execute a bait-and-switch on an advertised corporate promotion, unilaterally compressing a promised 90-day initial payment holiday down to a 45-day billing cycle within the rapid digital signature stack without transparency. To compound this, the dealership generated defective closing paperwork by printing a completely non-existent, compiled hybrid address line that merged a legacy historical street address from an entirely different town with our current city parameters—completely ignoring our valid Texas Driver's Licenses handed to them at the desk. This clerical failure caused immediate processing errors with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV), keeping our official validation stickers in legal limbo and forcing my wife to physically return to the showroom months later to hunt down the missing state tags they failed to deliver. When confronted directly with these documented contractual and administrative blunders, Senior Partner Chaz Gilmore completely abandoned professional decorum, launching into an unhinged, emotional, verbal tirade on the phone. If these severe administrative discrepancies were a minor issue or a laughing matter, an executive with his stated decades of administration would have easily dismissed them. Instead, he completely blew up and acted outside of professional character because he knows his staff dropped the ball on legally binding documents, exposing a systematic failure in his administration. State regulatory oversight agencies most definitely need to look into the evening closing structures and contract data workflows utilized by this dealership group expeditiously. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, it was really important to me to feel secure in what I was getting and not rushed into something that didn’t fully fit my needs. Brandon truly exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was incredible from start to finish, always keeping me updated, checking in, answering questions quickly, and making me feel heard instead of pressured. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. He went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for — a barely used Toyota Sienna Woodland, even though they didn’t originally have it on the lot. He was patient, honest, hardworking, and incredibly understanding through the whole process. You can tell he treats people like people, not numbers. He put real effort into making sure I ended up in something I truly loved and felt comfortable driving for my family. Devin also helped make everything come together smoothly on the financing and paperwork side. I really appreciated how professional, patient, and understanding he was as well. Together, they helped make everything make sense financially, helped me feel comfortable with the warranties and coverage options, and worked hard to help me get an amazing deal considering my current credit situation. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the effort, communication, professionalism, and genuine care they both showed throughout the process. My partner recently purchased a truck from here. First day having it, the speedometer was not working and the engine light was on. They have been completely unresponsive saying they will call back the first few days and now not answering at all. It is completely horrible customer service. I believe the person we have been dealing with is Alfredo and since getting the truck would not recommend them. More

He agreed and repeatedly asked 'so when can you come down to the dealership?' I explained very clearly I'm not the guy who'll fall in love with car and pay more. I stated respectfully, if you can't do the price it's absolutely fine, I don't want my time wasted. Again, he agreed and said 'it won't exactly be 33,500 but it will be an odd number in the 33,500, like 33,610 etc, etc. I said fine and made a time to go in the next day. I get there, he's not there. No big deal. Drove the car, said I'll take it and sat down with a rep. He goes away to get some paperwork and comes back with another guy punching numbers on his phone telling me they'll lose on the deal and the best they could do is $34,000. For $500! whatever - I agreed, we shook hands and he then went to get paperwork. Comes back 10 minutes later with "Sorry, my director said with the high interest and clicks we have on this car, the best we can do is $35,000." I bit my tongue and walked out. Games, games, games! Very unprofessional - No idea how these clowns stay in business. BUYER BEWARE More
