We had been searching for a truck for quite a while after dealing with a lot of frustration at other dealerships, so by the time we came to Grapevine Ford we were feeling discouraged. From the moment we arrived, our salesperson treated us with honesty, professionalism, and respect. He never pressured us and genuinely seemed happy when he was able to help us find a truck that fit our needs and budget. The team worked hard to put together a deal we could afford, and we truly appreciate the effort that went into making it happen. We drove home in a beautiful new Ford Ranger, and my husband now has a dependable truck for work, which has been such a relief for our family. Thank you, Grapevine Ford, for helping turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. We truly appreciate your hard work and would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
The only reason this dealership is getting one star from me is because a zero-star rating is not an option. I will never bring my vehicle to this place again for any type of service. Over the last three months, my vehicle has been serviced here twice for issues I was experiencing. After spending nearly $3,000 and picking it up just a week ago, I am still dealing with the same problems. When I reached out to discuss my concerns, the gentleman I spoke with told me, "It's a pretty old vehicle; you may just want to purchase a new one." I understand that my vehicle is not brand new, but that does not excuse the fact that the issues I paid to have repaired were never properly resolved. Another employee assured me that their "top-of-the-line mechanic" had thoroughly inspected the vehicle and that there should be no issues. Unfortunately, that statement could not have been further from the truth. I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion, and multiple professionals identified the same problems. I do not understand how Ford-certified mechanics failed to locate these issues while claiming that a thorough inspection had been performed. It cost me approximately $3,000 to fix absolutely nothing. I feel like I was repeatedly given excuses instead of solutions, and my concerns were largely ignored. I made it very clear that this is my only source of transportation and that my four children ride in this vehicle. Despite that, I received very little support or follow-up. Even the service advisor failed to respond when I asked for clarification. As a result, my vehicle is now sitting unused until I can come up with even more money to have it repaired properly. This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, missed work, and additional financial hardship while I have very limited PTO available. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received from Grapevine Ford. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Customers deserve honest communication, accurate diagnostics, and repairs that actually address the problems they bring their vehicles in for. More
I brought my 2025 Ford expedition in because it crashed detector was not working correctly. Trevor Carter took wonderful care of me got me in the day that I needed to come and called me as soon as it was f detector was not working correctly. There was a young lady named Annalise that helped set me up for a loaner car. She was very polite, kind, and very professional. They both did amazing answering questions and made all the transactions Very smooth. More
Dealership was nice David the salesman fantastic prepping the car. I’m not too happy obviously they never checked your oil cause it was down and the covers for the filters on the engine. This dealership has been my “go to” service department for the past 9 years with two vehicle services. Today, I visited the service center for an issue I recently encountered after work they did on my car, which my car was at the shop for 2 months . The engine start on/off stop working after I received my car from the service center for some engine works 3 months ago . I noticed the issue once I was out of town and within a week , I immediately called the service center and advised service manager JacksonH , he was pleasant and helpful , went through some remote diagnostics and advised me that it was an easy fix due to battery charge % showing a low charge and is covered under warranty ( since the battery is only 1 year old) . I did mentioned to him that I won’t be back till the month of June . I got back in town last week , Today when I went in for this service , I was greeted by Trevor , extremely polite and helpful advisor , after talking to him and him taking to Jackson , he advised me the issue was not going to be covered under warranty. I don’t know what was changed , although Jackson assured it would be covered . I I know for fact that the issue started after I received my car back , and definitely caused by their last engine service completed by the end of February which is also warrantied for another year. THIS DEALER HAS FAILED TO ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR REPAIR QUALITY. THEY CAUSED THIS ISSUE AND SHOULD HAVE REPAIRED IT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE . I have been loyal customer of the Ford brand in general for many years and owned at 5 Ford brand purchases this far , Although , I am happy with the brand , I have decided to move away from using Grapevine Ford for purchase nor service works in the future and going to find a new Ford dealership that VALUES CUSTOMER LOYALTY , STAND BY THEIR WORD and BACKUP THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK . Our salesman Tyler was extremely gracious and helpful answering questions and test driving. Although we did not buy, he never changed his demeanor when he realized there wasn’t a perfect truck for us. He answering questions and test driving.
