Warning: THEY SELL DAMAGED CARSUpdate 2/2/21 I bought a Warning: THEY SELL DAMAGED CARS Update 2/2/21 I bought a certified 2019 premium mustang from grapevine ford and it's been at my closest ford dealer Warning: THEY SELL DAMAGED CARS Update 2/2/21 I bought a certified 2019 premium mustang from grapevine ford and it's been at my closest ford dealership for about 3 months already and it's not running. when I bought the car I noticed that the back bumper was damaged and the hood paint didn't match the rest of the car, I first tried asking the grapevine ford dealership to fix the problem they told me that there was nothing they could do about it since I have already purchased the car and supposedly it was my problem, even though I bought almost every warranty that the dealership had to offer and it was still under manufacture warranty. The sales manager told me: "Sorry there's nothing we can do" and left me there by myself without saying anything else. I also tried to return the car within the 3-day return policy on Monday, but since I bought it Friday night and Sunday they are closed the 3-day return policy was not valid anymore. I talked to my closest ford dealership and they told me that the car was in a car crash because some of the panels were not aligned and the paint on the bolts was stripped. I thought the dealership was giving me a good deal when I was buying the mustang but now I feel like I've been scammed and I can't sleep thinking about how I'm going to fix the problem. Update 9/23/19 I visited again and I was very interested in a red 2017 mustang gt California special on Saturday and I was told they took it to auction but they could get it back Monday so we made an appointment Monday at 7:00, Monday came and I got there at 7:00 but the mustang wasn't there and our appointment didn't even matter, they just wasted my precious time and gas to be told that the mustang wasn't there, I feel like I wasn't taken seriously and the worst part is I didn't even get a call to be told that they couldn't get back. This dealership is a joke I would give it zero stars if I could I was looking for a mustang but no one came to greet me or ask if I need help with anything, I saw 3 employees but they all ignored me, I'm not sure if you are supposed to make an appointment to be greeted. More

They offered us a truck that was not in stock, so they found one from another dealership. The price was firm, so we agreed to the terms. We signed the paperwork and was given a loaner. Blain the sales manager said that it will be 48 hours. The truck never arrived to the dealership and no one called us to let us know that the purchase was canceled. Blain had another sales manager handle his responsibility. He said that the deal was canceled because they wanted more money. After having them check my credit and signing all the paperwork, they canceled the deal. The night we left the truck, we realized that our garage opener was left on the driver’s visor. We called first thing in the morning to retrieve it, but no one could fine the truck. We kept calling and calling to see what had happen to the truck and our garage opener. After over a week we went in person to see what had happened and Blain accused my sister in law of harassment and told her that our policy for retrieving lost items was that you should had not left anything in our cars. Then told her that he didn’t have time and you can go make a complaint to Juan cruz. No ethic, no accountability, no integrity. More
