The technicians were able to diagnose the problem and quickly repaired the issue. Fortunately I had an extended warranty and the cost to repair was minimal. I contacted Grappone Honda when I ran into an issue that I couldn't figure out. I turned to Grappone for help and they listened to my problem and said that they could assist me. I brought my vehicle down, a I couldn't figure out. I turned to Grappone for help and they listened to my problem and said that they could assist me. I brought my vehicle down, an a couple of days later they had me on the road again. They were professional, personable & patient. They also offered information that made me aware of future areas that I should keep an eye on for the future. There was no pressure to do more work at this time. Which I appreciated. More
