We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we entered the dealership we felt welcomed and were greeted by an extremely warm salesperson, Emily. This was my wife's purchase and she treated her like absolute royalty. The exact car that my wife wanted wasn't there yet but she kept us informed at every step... she even texted my wife on her day off that the car had been delivered. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was super easy, straight forward and fully transparent. As someone who has bought nearly twenty new cars, this was by far the best experience ever. Emily should be commended for her great work and dedication to her craft as a customer first sales consultant. Great work! More

My repair took over three weeks to complete of which I was allowed a loaner for the last week of the repair. The price went from $164 to $780, to $2300 and vague reasons were given. It was a bait and swit was allowed a loaner for the last week of the repair. The price went from $164 to $780, to $2300 and vague reasons were given. It was a bait and switch and given my history of buying from this dealer I felt they should have compensated me for time and other nonsense but they did not. They did drop off the rental for me which was helpful but otherwise the entire process was miserable. It is unfortunate as the vehicle is almost laid off and I was going to purchase from them again but now I will opt be buying from them again. More
