Usually buying a new vechicle is so stressful for me, but I didn't feel that way only till the actual buyin us to take our time in making a decision. Ashley Morse in customer support answered my questions over the phone in a friendly tone of voice. The entire staff was friendly and they treated us to hot popcorn, sodas, coffee, and a free pizza dinner out. They even filled my tank up with gas for the long trip home. John spent time with the young man I had with me while I did the necessary paper work with the manager. Joe Dubois, the manager, even added an additional $500 to the trade in price of my older car. Eric Lazdowski worked hard to get financing for me since I have less than perfect credit. The quality of service and customer care would make me recommend Grappone Honda to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. Upon closing of the deal, they had the car ready to drive home.
