I contacted Grappone Honda because we had gotten a great deal on a previous Honda. They quoted me MSRP and had the gaul to forward my call to another manager who thought he was a sweet talker that could get deal on a previous Honda. He had gone to school with Brian Badger so that was also a draw. It felt good to work with Brian on his first sale. Both Jenna and Jim were very helpful and answered all my questions. I had not intended to buy a car that day so I think that speaks volumes about the service we received. I do not respond well to feeling pressured so they hit the right balance of supporting a sale without strong arming me. This is the first new car I have bought in over 30 years...So far so good and I was also very happy to be dealing with a woman as part of the sale.
