Recently I took my car in for a normal service interval but had neglected to ask them to fix a broken piece on the drivers side sun visor. I was delighted when I picked up the car to see they'd proactively fixed the sun visor without calling me or at any additional charge. When I arrived to pick up the car I realized I was after the posted hours but the lady in the service department was still there and went out of her way to help me. I have almost 200,000 miles on my Accord and have had only Grappone service it. They've always done a great job and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More
