The service department is rude and most unhelpful. The sales people can be pushy as well and it is not a fun experience to go here. They try to justify the overpriced cars with the "Grappone Difference" but the free tires are a scam. You have to have everything done there which is fine, but if you lose one piece of paperwork they don't have to give you the tires. The service person even laughed when I asked why they can't track it on the computer. Also the Sales staff's product knowlege is somewhat limited as the Honda dealership sales staff seems to have a significant turnover. More
