Often I find that sales people will give you a BS answer or avoid the question rather than admit they don't know something about a car, but Scott just acted like a real human being and admitted when he didn't know the answer to one technical question my fiance asked. When we sat down to talk prices he first came back with a price that was out of my range but worked with me to get down to a price that I could afford. The entire time, both Scott and Joe were respectful of the fact that my budget isn't huge and I had some negative equity in my trade. They never once made me feel any pressure to make up my mind about the purchase. They will, without a doubt, be the first people I see when I am in the market again. More

The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee is great. If I decide not to wait for my vehicle, the friendly courtesy van driver will take me where I need to go and pick me up when the service has been completed.
