i would recomment Grappone for sales and service. i have purchased my last two Honda's from Grappone and have broughtboth to Grappone for all service. They explain it thoroughly to me.I love the tire program. I trust the service team to take good care of my pilot and me. This past Saturday i was chatting with a man that owned a 2008 honda civic and received his free tires for being in the tire program and we were both thrilled the a dealership does really follow through with their programs. We both stated that we travel to Grappone outside of our home city/towns for the best service. i am extremely pleased and plan to purchase my next vehicle there too. What I love most is when I arrive, I feel like I'm expected. I don't have to repeat myself since I've already described what I want on-line. Regardless, I'm always asked if I need anything else. If I choose to wait for my car, it always is ready faster than expected. I'm able to use my time well with computers, TV's magazines and an excellent showroom where I can dream about my next vehicle.
