Pulled my car in and someone came out right away to register the car in to the shop. Waiting time for car was as expected. The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee is great. If I decide not to wait for my vehicle, the friendly courtesy van driver will take me where I need to go and pick me up when the service has been completed. Once the service has been performed, the cashier greets me with a friendly smile while the final paperwork is processed. More
