I am always greeted promptly, and have always been satisfied with their service. They give me an accurate estimate of the time it will take to complete the work, and give the option of waiting at the satisfied with their service. The waiting area in the dealership is clean and comfortable, with a television, today's paper, a slew of magazines, fresh coffee, and internet access. I have been going to Grappone since 1997, when I first moved to New Hampshire and traded my Ford Aerostar for a new Ford Winstar. On-line scheduling was a breeze. Dan was friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout the time my car was being serviced. When I brought my Honda CRV in for a state inspection, I was immediately greeted by Wayne, who showed me to his desk and set up my paperwork. Recently I took my car in for a normal service interval but had neglected to ask them to fix a broken piece on the drivers side sun visor. I was delighted when I picked up the car to see they'd proactiv but had neglected to ask them to fix a broken piece on the drivers side sun visor. I was delighted when I picked up the car to see they'd proactively fixed the sun visor without calling me or at any additional charge. When I arrived to pick up the car I realized I was after the posted hours but the lady in the service department was still there and went out of her way to help me. I have almost 200,000 miles on my Accord and have had only Grappone service it. They've always done a great job and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More
I took my car in for service because I thought they would be a good choice to work on my Honda. I expected to need a few repairs, and came back with a quote for over $3000 of work and the recommendation that be a good choice to work on my Honda. I expected to need a few repairs, and came back with a quote for over $3000 of work and the recommendation that the car wasn't worth repairing. I went to a different mechanic and had all of the same work done for $700. The repairs were done for a fraction of the cost at another mechanic, done faster much than Honda had predicted, and I had much better customer service. Grappone may be a good place to buy a car--I don't know--but their service station is little better than a scam. More

The service is high priced (figure it out...well over $100/hr) and I don't trust that all of the service they sell you is needed. More
