We just purchased a certified pre-owned CRV EXL from another dealer because unfortunately Grappone didn't have stock of the year and mileage we were looking at. The other dealer gave us the wrong roof r another dealer because unfortunately Grappone didn't have stock of the year and mileage we were looking at. The other dealer gave us the wrong roof racks so we came to Grappone because I have bought here before and they are always top notch. Got the correct roof racks and they look amazing. Service was amazing and they even knocked a few bucks off for the wait time which was unexpected because the wait wasn't even bad. We'll always come here for service no matter where we buy and will always look to buy here first. More
