I want to share a recent experience I had at Grappone. I have owned several Hondas. A 2017 CR-V was my first purchase at Grappone. Both front doors developed rust in the same place. I had not had any rus I have owned several Hondas. A 2017 CR-V was my first purchase at Grappone. Both front doors developed rust in the same place. I had not had any rust on my previously owned Hondas. I wrote an email to the service manager. The short version of this experience…Honda replaced both doors. My CR-V looks like I just drove it out of the showroom! Graciously and willingly Honda replaced both doors with new doors and called me during the repair with updates. Needless to say, I will be purchasing another Honda at Grappone. Oh, by the way, their service on my CR-V has been great. They strive for their owners’ satisfaction. More

I always use the dealer for service for my CR-V and everytime it's a great experience. They are ready as soon as I pull in and let me know approximately how long it will take for the service.
