Great dealership and even better service department. I needed a major repair that would have cost me close $4000 and I was well over the mileage for my warranty. My service advisor, Clinton Dube, got in I needed a major repair that would have cost me close $4000 and I was well over the mileage for my warranty. My service advisor, Clinton Dube, got in touch with Mazda and fought to get them to cover half of it saving me over $1500. Thanks to Mazda for doing that but it wouldn’t have happened if Clinton didn’t take the time to make the case to get me the coverage. That’s going the extra mile to help a loyal customer and that’s why I use Grappone service. More
