From start to finish the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Most car buying experiences (specifically at a dealership) can be overwhelming and stressful and this was my first time buying a car f and enjoyable. Most car buying experiences (specifically at a dealership) can be overwhelming and stressful and this was my first time buying a car from a dealership so I was obviously nervous at first but I can't say enough good things about it. I had been looking for a car for a while and it felt like every car I was interested in sold instantly and not only did they hold the car for a 24 curtesy hold but they extended it due to me having to work half of the day Saturday. As soon as we got to the dealership, everyone was so attentive but also gave me the time and space I needed to really review the car. I immediately fell in love and once we started the financing process, it was smooth sailing from there. I didn't feel pressured to buy extra things, I was sitting there for 5 + hours waiting on things to be processed, and they even addressed an issue with the back brakes immediately before I took the car home. I hope to keep this car for a long time and when the time comes I need a new one, I will be using Grappone. More
