This was my first time at grappone Mazda. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Danielle showed me a few options that suited my wants/needs. Our product specialist, Josh Newhook was so knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle and explained all of the features and benefits as well as extended warranties, etc., that the dealership offered. The manager whose name I am sorry to have forgotten welcomed us and thanked us for our business and made sure that we were happy and that all our questions were answered on both days that we had gone to the dealership to test drive and then to buy. Carol, who was the finance person explained everything in detail on our second day when we went to pick up the vehicle and sign all the paperwork, and again made sure that we were happy. I cannot say enough about the dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. They are very upfront, welcoming, and customer satisfaction seems to be their number one priority, which I so appreciate. More
