She would have enjoyed it more had we been able to buy it at Grappone. Imagine her surprise after explaining to her that we WOULD be getting her a car through Grappone BECAUSE we were loyal customers with six sales/leases under our belt and loyalty carries with it certain "perks" So much for loyalty and although I paid a bit more than I should have if I shopped at a Dealership I had a sales and serrvice history with at least my daughter is thrilled and family ALWAYS comes first.

***FOLLOW-UP*** It is important, and only fair that I report that the management of the Grappone Automotive Group took my review very seriously and made contact with me. It is clear that my experience is outside the norm for Grappone and they took immediate steps to insure no other customer encounters a situation as I reported in my review. Grappone Automotive proved to be very responsive to make certain their customers, and potential customers concerns and complaints are addressed and to do whatever they can to make the experience pleasant. Because of the way they addressed my review I am certain my experience was an aberration and most certainly will NEVER happen again. As a result I would change my Customer service rating to a 5+
