I always dread going to a dealership because I expect to spend hours and hours there. Grappone Mazda was super fast. I test drove a couple of cars, fell in love with the second one. They quickly appraised my car and gave me a fair trade in value. I then ran home for an hour while they worked with a bank for financing and did a final cleaning of the car. When I got back I was in and out within the hour driving home my new car. Super simple and was the least stressful experience I’ve had. The sales people are great too and they don’t work on commission so there’s zero pressure. They just want to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. I would definitely recommend. More
