I went in for service and was perusing the showroom while waiting. Peter came over to talk to me about the bz... I meticulously take care of my vehicle. I take pictures of it before it goes into service. The mechanic left grease smudges all over my driver door. He also left dirty foot prints on the inside of the door. There were also a bunch of oil droplets on my hood. I don’t appreciate having to clean my car after I bring it in for service. A couple of more nitpicky things are my phone charger fell out of my glovebox when they checked my in cabin air filter that I changed myself a month ago and they just left it on the floor. They also didn’t close the cap to the washer fluid they filled. Some people may not care about these things but I expect more care to be taken when working on a clearly very well taken care of sports car. Other than the mechanic the rest of the staff were nice. More
