I meticulously take care of my vehicle. I take pictures of it before it goes into service. The mechanic left grease smudges all over my driver door. He also left dirty foot prints on the inside of the door. There were also a bunch of oil droplets on my hood. I don’t appreciate having to clean my car after I bring it in for service. A couple of more nitpicky things are my phone charger fell out of my glovebox when they checked my in cabin air filter that I changed myself a month ago and they just left it on the floor. They also didn’t close the cap to the washer fluid they filled. Some people may not care about these things but I expect more care to be taken when working on a clearly very well taken care of sports car. Other than the mechanic the rest of the staff were nice. More

Silas was a pleasure to work with. Very personable, listened to what I wanted and made every effort to find just the right vehicle. No high pressure sales pitches. Even when I mistakenly wrote a check that ultimately bounced (I forgot to transfer funds from my savings to my checking), Silas put me at ease and was very understanding, saying I shouldn’t feel bad, mistakes happen. If or when I decide to buy another car, it will be Silas and McGovern Auto Group I will contact. I was also pleased with the whole atmosphere of McGovern. There seemed to be a comradery of staff members, which was nice to see. I would unhesitatingly recommend McGovern Toyota of Concord, and specifically, Silas Vai, when you are searching for a new car.
