Brand new Toyota Tundra Using the auto close button the window goes up then halfway back down on occasion. Show dealership videos I had on my phone because it's does not happen consistently. They said they cannot diagnose it unless it happens when they have the truck. This is a sporadic issue that only happen once or twice then it works normal again. Left the dealership and it happened again a few hours later. They did not even attempt to do anything to resolve the problem. I guess I we'll have to just keep making appointments until they get lucky enough that it happens when they have it. The advisor that checked me out was rude however a mechanic happened to be there while we were talking, he was understanding of my concern and actually walked me out to my truck to see if it happened before I left. Unfortunately it did not but I appreciate his approach a lot more than he advisors. Looks like I'm going to have to waste time dropping my truck back off again. More

I was driving to Boston from Northern NH and multiple warning lights went on (ABS, brake) while driving on 93. Fortunately I was within 10 miles of Grappone Toyota (where I purchased the vehicle 12 year warning lights went on (ABS, brake) while driving on 93. Fortunately I was within 10 miles of Grappone Toyota (where I purchased the vehicle 12 years ago). I wasn't sure if they could fit me in that day but when I arrived the service team said they would try to fit me in a soon. They not only did but got the issue diagnosed and discussed in detail the issue but also fix it the same day and I was able to continue my trip to Boston. Thank you Toyota Service! More
