Grappone Toyota is great. They tell me what's wrong with my truck and how bad, and show me computer printouts to back it up. The waiting room had 20 people coming and going They tell me what's wrong with my truck and how bad, and show me computer printouts to back it up. The waiting room had 20 people coming and going and everyone seemed happy in 3 rooms 900 sq ft waiting area. The service people were very low pressure on how customers could have there cars fixed or not. More
