To be honest, I did not want to bring it back to Grava for the electrical issue and have to deal with all the hassle from your service reps and the warranty. Twice the vehicle was not repaired properly, both times the car was in the dealership for over three weeks (unbelievably inconvenient). Now the rear diff. has to be repaired again. I would have definitely brought it back in for the diff. had it happened within the year. But luckily (for Grava) it happened several weeks after the 12,000 mile 1 year guarantee you provide. I have the paperwork and it was dated 12/3/14. So the $1,700 repair lasted almost exactly one year. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience overall.

Did you happen to speak to Joe Dolci our service manager? Usually if it's within a WEEK of the warranty expiration Chrysler gives some latitude. Do you have service records showing that you've been getting your regular maintenance done?

I have not spoken to Joe. And I do not have service records for the rear differential. The car otherwise is maintained properly, oil changes etc. and runs good minus the rear diff issue at the moment. The service schedule for a rear diff. is to INSPECT every 30,000 miles or 36 months. The car is driven by my wife 8 miles a day total to and from work. Needless to say it has gone less than 10,000 miles since the rear differential was repaired.

This review was posted in three places to let others know about the experience and ensure that when customers are reading reviews on different websites, they are understanding the experience they should expect. Probably didn't need to write it, since you already have abysmal reviews on most websites; but I find it interesting that the review is higher on this website. Must be because of the dealerships ability to remove and edit responses. It was my first review in all of those places, so you can see that your service truly stood out in my mind. At least you made an impression, albeit a bad one.

Did you ever speak to Joe at all? I know in the review it says "I asked him to add a note to my file / invoice to have a manager call me" but did you ever follow up with him personally? If you did and can give me the phone # you called from I can easily pull our incoming phone record and show where you tried to call and were not successful. Also, for the record, we cannot edit or remove ANYTHING. If we could, why not remove every negative review we ever got? Maybe leave a few 4 star just for good measure... I'm sincerely offering to help you out but need to have an idea of what that means to you. -Bobby
