We show Six (6) Challengers on our website. 1 recently sold and five (5) are INCOMING units that have not arrived at the dealership yet. Can you tell me who it was you were dealing with that didn't realize the additional cars you saw on the website are incoming? I understand completely when a customer who doesn't see our site every day misses the box on the screen where it says INCOMING. It really should be a bright green, blue or red - something that you can clearly see vs the gray and white little box that's there now. I'm trying to get in touch with Joe since he's the one who declined this claim and didn't even have the common decency to call me first, even though Brian said the rental would be taken care of at least 6 times. Andre from Enterprisr called me. Joe Dolci should be fired after this gets resolved.

Hi John, I'm very sorry about your experience and wan't you to know that we take this stuff seriously. If we didn't, there would be no point in having a connection to Dealer Rater. I have just a few quick questions if you don't mind. Please don't read into the questions themselves as you are the only person I've spoken to about this and I'd like to get as much of your information as possible. This is purely for information gathering so I know the full scope of your experience before having anyone fired. Can you give me some idea what was wrong with your vehicle and why it took do long to be repaired? Parts on back order? Issues with the repair or duplicating the issue at the dealership? Have you directly spoken to Joe at all at any point? Did Joe make these promises to you? Or did everything you've heard come from Brian and Andre? Do you have anything in writing from Grava saying the rental will be covered? Have you spoken to anyone at Grava about this matter once Andre spoke to you? I have not spoken to Joe yet as Andre called me at 5pm last evening. Don't you think Joe should have informed me first. I dealt with Brian over the course of the six weeks. Every time I called for updates (six to eight times) he told me the parts were waiting to be shipped, delayed because of the storms. However on my receipt, it reads parts were on a national back order. More inconsistencies. When I dropped off the rental two weeks, Andre from Enterprisr assured me that the bill would covered as he told me Brian was waiting or had a P. O. You should know that the only resolution is to have this bill covered in full as employees of your company consistently told me it would be. If it wasn't, don't you think someone, Brian or Joe being the service manager should have called me immediately. I called every week for six weeks, they knew who I was. I did not simply drop my vehicle off and keep a rental for 30 plus days fearing something like this was going to occur. As for writing. No. I have nothing in writing because when I askef Brian for some kind of confirmation, I consistently heard "Mr. Arsenault, you're all set, I will take care of it". Please DO NOT place blame one part. At this point, it is insulting and I am beyond angry on how this is being handled. Joe or Brian should not have a job my the end of the day and Grava should covet this bill.
