I did not get any names because I was so upset and appalled, but I was there from 7:15pm-7:45pm so I am sure you can narrow down who was actually there. Everyone that was there at that time was rude to me. I tagged them all since I didn`t get any names and wanted to be sure everyone who was of any importance or had any relation to my encounter last night was included and notified.

I would like to personally apologize for your experience here. I was there last night. I wasn't on the floor, I was in my office and unaware of anything happening. Can you describe the salesperson? Young guy? Older guy? mustache? beard? light hair or dark? I really do want to check into this. Our current rating on Google and DealerRater are in the 90% approval range. You can't buy that and you don't get it by mistake. No one just gives it to you. In general, we work hard to make sure customers have a pleasant experience. Knowing who was involved and dealing with them will hopefully keep this kind of thing from happening again in the future. -Bobby

to be honest i did not see anyone in their offices unless there was out back that I could not see. The person personally helping me in the begining was older, mustache and facial hair, darkish gray, and had glasses. He saw nothing wrong with leaving us in a humid lot for over 15 minutes with my license in hostage. I went up to the car door he was sitting in to ask him personally why he left us and he said some guy Rob was going to pull up the car but I can assure you nobody was going for a car. Everyone that was not in their "office" during 7:15pm-7:45pm was at fault. The guy behind the main desk wearing a light blue button up told me not to spaz at him didnt want to hear me out and was basically laughing at me. Another guy was on the cough watching TV and turned around like I was putting on a show to watch me complain and another looking out the window dazing away. They had trouble finding my license since the original guy helping must have just left it on his desk, never made a copy, or asked "rob" to pull up the car. I am surprised you allow your employees to be doing absolutely nothing while we are waiting and sweating outside for your lack of a responsive team. That`s nice you have great reviews but you blew this one.

I agree we blew it with you. And I am truly sorry My office is in the back left corner of the dealership. I run the website and was working on some graphic design advertising from roughly 7pm til close. It's not uncommon for me to miss out on some of the things that happen out there. Good or bad... There's work to be done! I'm fairly confident I know who you're talking about. I'll check with them and deal with it. Although there are several people who've written positive reviews about us, a lot of people never take the time to write a review unless it's to complain. Most of those people never respond to my requests. I appreciate you getting back to me about this and the additional information. -Bobby

I do find it hard to believe that you did not notice this issue because at one point I was yelling at the guy and I am sure the whole place heard. This was around 7:40pm. Anyways I have never been so upset with a business and the way I was treated. I truly felt degraded. I do appreciate your response and hope your team takes this issue seriously although I am confident they won`t based on their childish actions last night. Thanks.

I get pretty focused when I'm working. I have a 7 year old so I'm used to tuning out yelling. (NOT calling you a child in any way) I can assure you that this is taken seriously. The owners are copied on every email that comes through this site as well as every word of our conversation since. I did that on purpose so they could see everything first hand. They can't always be here, but they should know what's happening when they're not here. -Bobby
