This is by far the worst dealership I have ever had the experience of working with. I leased a brand new dodge ram 1500, 2022. From the very beginning I’ve had nothing but problems. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to I my entire life! FIRST OF ALL the aggressive texts from the sales team were above and beyond aggressive they would not stop texting me they were rude my entire life! FIRST OF ALL the aggressive texts from the sales team were above and beyond aggressive they would not stop texting me they were rude pushy and snarky in their texts but I let that slide because I needed a new vehicle. I showed up and the salesman shows me an absolutely FILTHY jeep with dents and scratches all over the bumper, I still took it for a test drive and INSTANTLY a dash light comes on in the jeep to which they gave some absolutely ridiculous reason as to why it was coming on that made absolutely no sense and they pushed me around back and fourth from finance guy to salesman aggressively trying to get me to purchase this vehicle for wayyy over what I was even considering paying with a terrible warranty a terrible loan agreement with a dash light on to boot! Now mind you these guys texted me aggressively for 2 weeks before I even got there and when I showed up before I even got in the door Matt was already trying to push the paperwork to sign ag me and the fi ancestry guy was even worse talking xxxx about his sales person saying he was inexperienced and too cocky and all this stuff and I'm sitting there like is this for real right now? Then they keep pushing me to sign l and buy the jeep even though there's a dash light on for the auto start and purchase the thing in good faith that they would be able to get the light off for me when I came in the next day, WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD DO THAT? they texted me at 8:57 the next morning before the dealership was even open and explained to me they recharged the auto start and they would sell me the car but I had to drive it for 150 miles before they could give me an inspection sticker and from the rest of these reviews I'm questioning if I'd ever even have been able to get that sticker with the shady and deceptive ways they do business. Needless to say I went to mcgovern jeep in Newton the following day and got a 10000x better proce deal loan finance warranty experience and best of all no dash lights etc. stay away from grava they're terrible!!! More
