Great car buying experience! I was looking for a car for my son so I looked at several BMWs and requested feedback from 6 dealerships. As soon as I pressed the send button Shane c I was looking for a car for my son so I looked at several BMWs and requested feedback from 6 dealerships. As soon as I pressed the send button Shane called me.,I was shocked. We talked about the car and I told him what I was looking for. The next morning he followed up with a call. I asked my son to call him to see if he was as impressed as I was. My son was amazed at how helpful, friendly and professional he was. We met with Shane and the fantastic customer experience continued. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made our experience well worth the almost 40 mile drive. I never received a call or email from the other dealerships. We look forward to doing business with Shane again in the future! More
