An Exceptional Automobile Buying Experience! I don't write many reviews, but Gravity Autos Atlanta deserves one. I dealt with Nick (owner), Ryan (sales), and Kash (finance). They could not have I don't write many reviews, but Gravity Autos Atlanta deserves one. I dealt with Nick (owner), Ryan (sales), and Kash (finance). They could not have been more competent, professional, or accommodating. They worked very hard with me to insure my satisfaction, and they totally succeeded. They treated me like royalty. I bought a used Tesla Model S. It's condition was better than I could ever have hoped - it can not be told from new. The price, by any standard, was great. (TrueCar correctly said it was a "great deal.") Ryan was always available to answer my questions and sold me the car without any pressure, Nick went out of his way to explain how this extraordinary car worked and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, and Kash got me financing on excellent terms and made the purchase very easy. They all made the experience a true pleasure. I am delighted with Gravity Autos and will not hesitate to refer friends and family to them. My car is out of this world, and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you all very much. More

My salesman Shane & Finance Manager Kash are the BEST! I purchased a vehicle from Shane at Gravity Autos Atlanta in January 2017 and unfortunately It was totaled on my birthday the next month February. In need of another car I looked on their website and couldn't dind anything I liked. I ended up finding a beautiful Lexus Lx 570 at thier "sister location" Atlanta Used Cars Marietta. I put in an application for financing and they could not get me done. Very discouraged, I decided to contact my salesperson Shane at Gravity Autos Atlanta and see if there was anything he could do. He referred me to his Finance Manager "Kash" who financed me on my last purchase. Kash was amazing, he took the the time to listen to my concerns and told me he'd work hard to try and get me approved. The next day I get a call from Shane saying Kash GOT ME APPROVED!! Not only did he get me approved but then they drove me to Atlanta Used Cars Marietta, picked the car up and brought it back to their location! Dream Porsche Panamera On saturday, I contacted the dealership in regards to a Porsche Panamera, I was told that the dealership was to busy so I needed to just come up to On saturday, I contacted the dealership in regards to a Porsche Panamera, I was told that the dealership was to busy so I needed to just come up to the dealership the next day. The dealership opened on Sunday at 12 and I was met by *Jamie* which by the way wasn't even the salesman that I talked to (SHANE). As I walk through the door I could tell that no one was expecting me and after 10 minutes we all realized that (SHANE) the car salesman wasn't even going to show up, ohhh (SHANE) couldn't even call me and apologize for the miscommunication and for making a blank trip to a dealership that has min crew on sunday and by the way not even capable of doing a test drive so. I was told by *KENNY* another salesman that he would contact me by 11 am with a stauts of my application that I submitted on that Saturday. Monday comes around and haven't heard nothing from the dealership(THEY AINT THAT BUSY). Come up there Tuesday and talked to a salesman named MO and explained how upset I was with the dealership and he directly went to his manager*KASH* . After talking to MO and Kash and still not hearing what I wanted to hear they advised me that the owner was on the way and he wanted to speak to me directly. Once NICK came he talk to me and showed his concern to me and actually showed me that the way I was treated is not the way Gravity runs business. After talking to NICK, MO, KASH ,AND JAMIE, they turned my buying experience from terrible to good. I left the dealership with a smile after the confusion and lack of communication. After the experience I do realize that this dealership does care about the customers but they do need to maybe have a small group discussion about customer service and how the customer needs to feel like they are treated fairly and mainly professionally. Your company is only as professional as your weakest link. WILL CONTINUE TO BUY! More

Drove all the way from Tuscaloosa! I searched high and wide looking for a BMW 740i when I found one at Gravity Autos Atlanta. I drove the car and decided I wanted to take this car home. Next I met the Finance Manager "Kash" who was very nice and helpful. He got me a very aggressive interest rate and put together a great warranty that gave me a peace of mind. The atmosphere here makes you feel more like FAMILY than a CUSTOMER! Brian & Shaine stayed in contact with me the whole time as the deal was pending & answered any questions that I had. Nick(one of the owners) always made sure that I was having a pleasant experience while there, and that my new purchase was perfectly detailed before driving away ;)!! 1st day that I had the car, someone put a small dent in my front bumper...I contacted the dealership super upset & Nick calmed me down & assured me that he would help me resolve this, which it was with in a couple days :-))! Award Winning Customer Service I was looking for a car for a few months and I finally found 3 cars in this location that I liked. He called me daily to keep me abreast of a small issue that we amicable settled regarding the car. I would also like to commend Brian, the sales manager. He also made our buying experience a pleasant one by giving us good advice on our down payment, and his cell phone number in case we needed him. I don't know about the other Gravity car lots, but this location is full of really nice high-end cars, and the prices are very compatible. I would like to once again, thank the staff at Gravity Autos Atlanta for making our car experience one to remember.
