I purchased from out of state so maybe that's why my experience wasn't the best. Everytime I talked to someone new with the same question I got different answers. Honestly, for an exotic dealership. Some of the inside looked absolutely disgusting. It was a sale late at night but I was told to bring it back in for it to get "cleaned" they must have a blind man running the show because the car still looked like trash after being "detailed". And that's not even talking about the fact that they failed to provide the financing company. Basically half of the information that I had already filled out on forms, me and my cosigner had to deal directly with the financing company to provide all the necessary information that the dealership failed to provide.. like seriously how do you forget to send a drivers license on a auto loan? More
Purchased online but asked lots of questions to each Mgr and made my mind up by that. But when delivered (late) found I was lied too. Not cleaned OR serviced. Contacted this dealer as I was interested in a car they had in stock. First the sales person seemed responsive but as the process went along his customer service became very poor. First he told me he would get me figures for my Trade and then told me that the reason why he didn’t was because they were putting in store clients before anyone else. So I waited and still got no response then finally he said he’d get back to me the following morning and never did. I then tried contacting him for an entire day and there was NO response from him. The following morning I contacted him again only to find out the car o was interested in was sold the day before. This salesperson never bothered to contact me for days . I was very disappointed as during our conversation he even took a credit application from me. This is just poor customer service . This was the second time in a row that I received poor customer service from Gravity as I had tried to negotiate on another vehicle from one of their sister stores in another location and also had a bad experience there. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this company as I should of looked at all the BAD reviews before even attempting to deal with them. Don’t buy from this dealer as all they do is lead you on and lie to you in the process. More
