March 14th, 2026 I signed paperwork to purchase a car from Gravity Auto that was sold told to me that it was in like new condition. Twelve days later the car was finally delivered to Panama City with me from Gravity Auto that was sold told to me that it was in like new condition. Twelve days later the car was finally delivered to Panama City with me calling repeatedly asking why the vehicle had not been delivered in the three days I was promised. The car was delivered with scratches, missing paint, a major oil leak and major antifreeze leak it is not drive able. Gravity Auto committed auto fraud, I have emails and text stating the car had no defects such as scratches, dings, missing paint of mechanical issues. I contracted Gravity as soon as I seen the damages within an hour of the car being taken off the delivery truck. I have continued to be lied to from the general manager, manager and employees. I was told by an employee that in March the entire staff was fired and a new staff was hired. Apparently the 2021 BMW convertible I purchased was never serviced by the Gravity Auto. I have been trying to get resolution from Gravity but without success. I did contact TD Finance the bank where the car is financed through and filed a contact. I spoke to the general manage on March 2nd, apparently there is no urgently for Gravity to resolve the issue of auto fraud. Gravity completely lied about the condition of the car because I purchased the car site unseen with trusting the Gravity to be honest and transparent about the condition of the car. I have endless text and emails backing my claim. Today is day 21 and no resolution from Gravity other than purchasing a replacement car from them where Gravity is forcing me to pay a $2,000.00 paint protection add on fee in which I asked to be removed and no. A $1,500 vehicle service fee which should not be over $799.00. Inoperable vehicle dealership fee was $1,149.00 so Gravity Autos picks and chooses what to charge customers, unfair business practices. PLUS Gravity plans to keep my original $2,575.00 down payment on the inoperable vehicle. I literally have had no car to drive for 21 days now and the GM Sebastian yells at me and won’t let me talk if I am lucky enough to be able to speak with him otherwise I have to leave a voicemail that never gets returned. If only I would of read more of the reviews posted on Google. Gravity Auto put 9 hard hits on my credit score after one hard hit I asked them to stop and they did not. Lowing my credit score over 60 points. I am actively seeking an attorney to sue Gravity Autos for may damages and the monies Gravity has taken from me. Update - Gravity Autos Jacksonville has stolen my $2,575.00 down payment on the car sold to me inoperable. Charged me a dealership fee that does match the returned vehicle plus forced me to pay for a APS Limited Warranty on the vehicle that I repeatedly stated that I did not want or need. A dealership fee of $1,499, normal fee should be no more than $799 and the ASP paint protection fee of $1,149.00 I was forced to pay. I was told the paint protection fee could not be removed because it was already on the car. The GM Sebastian is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Basically Gravity aka Fortuna Nova INC has stolen my down payment and charged or raised fees to met the higher sell price on a car listed at two websites with a price difference of $2,000. scott.caskey2 responded publicly on 5/15/26 6:24 PM Still waiting for a refund of my $2,500.00 down payment. A refund for the paint protection I was forced to pay for and the difference in cost of your dealership fee between two different cars. EDIT RESPONSE scott.caskey2 responded publicly on 5/01/26 1:00 PM You cannot keep my $2,500.00 down payment on the inoperable vehicle. The $2,500.00 needed to be credited to the replacement vehicle I now have. Sebastian Alexander told me that I would not receive a refund due to receiving a good price on the car that turned out to have two major oil leaks and a major antifreeze leak. I was charged $1,195.00 for a ASP paint protection plan that I repeatedly told Sebasti More

I was not provided a key fob that would work other than turn the ignition or lock the doors when the functions were available on the fob but we're not working had to go to a place and spend $150 to get a n turn the ignition or lock the doors when the functions were available on the fob but we're not working had to go to a place and spend $150 to get a new key fob. No Jack came with it. Had to get old Jack from my old vehicle that I traded in. Car came with no floor mats. Car was not very clean in the back they only vacuumed the front very sparingly and the car was not detailed so it was not very clean. Calvin was helpful but it was beyond his control. More

Great experience with Gravity Autos Jacksonville! They really know how to get deals done for their customers. The team worked with me throughout the entire process and did what they could to make the numbers work and get me into the vehicle I wanted. I appreciated their willingness to negotiate and work with my situation instead of just trying to make a quick sale. If you’re looking for a dealership that will actually work with you to put a deal together, I definitely recommend giving Gravity Autos Jacksonville a chance. Very happy with my purchase and my experience! More

I had a great experience with Gravity Autos. While they have a huge lineup of used luxury vehicles, there was one specifically that I was in search of, the 2023 Audi A5. Stedman Was my sales rep While they have a huge lineup of used luxury vehicles, there was one specifically that I was in search of, the 2023 Audi A5. Stedman Was my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous and not salsey. In fact, one of the things I liked so much about working with Gravity and Stedman is their personal approach that makes you feel like you are family instead of another sale. From the time I was greeted all the way through financing, I could not have a better experience. I love my car and will be back when I'm on the market for another. Thanks! More

Tenacious - that is how I would describe my sales associate, Lorenzo. I was attempting to buy from 200 miles away, with many factors in the way beyond the distance. Many salesmen would have given up associate, Lorenzo. I was attempting to buy from 200 miles away, with many factors in the way beyond the distance. Many salesmen would have given up. Not Lorenzo. His is a polite, informed, determined young man. And a man you can work with. The clock is running on the car I bought, but I can tell you the company rep is a winner. More

I had the worst experience with this dealership in my life. We had a deal signed by myself and the dealership. Then they wanna tell me to put $2500 down after we already signed and agreed for 1000 just b life. We had a deal signed by myself and the dealership. Then they wanna tell me to put $2500 down after we already signed and agreed for 1000 just because the owner didn’t want to lose out on money. Not my problem. Y’all made the deal and didn’t hold up to it absolutely horrible business. It’s shady and I do not recommend to anybody. More
