I live in Indiana and purchased a vehicle from Gravity on-line. Very skeptical at first. I had my own financing at a good rate but they assured me theu could beat the rate. I stressed to them i didn't wan on-line. Very skeptical at first. I had my own financing at a good rate but they assured me theu could beat the rate. I stressed to them i didn't want my credit to be run through several banks and if that was the case I'll stick with the financing i had secured. I was assured i wouldn't be run through several banks. But low and behold i was run through 4 banks and nowbhave 4 inquiries on my credit report. I should have canceled everything at that point but really liked the car and couldn't find it anywhere else. I was still very skeptical about buying the car online without physically seeing it or test driving it but my salesman Matt assured me that if anything was wrong with the car they would take care of it and I had 7 days to have the car checked out. They shipped the car and once received i noticed the leather on the dash was ripped and buckled, the front spoiler was cracked and broken and the car slow down when driving when it reached 60 mph. I immediately called Matt and was told to take the car to the dealer which I did regarding the drive of the car. Gravity attempted to pay the dealer directly for the driving issue which was appreciated but I had to pay out of pocket and Gravity reimbursed me promptly. I then took the car to the body shop for the cracked and broken spoiler and to an upholstery shop for the leather issue to get estimates. I received the estimates for both and contacted Henry and Matt regarding the estimates. They instructed me to get the spoiler and leather fixed and send them the invoices and I would be reimbursed. I got both fixed/repaired and sent the invoices to Henry at his email. He informed me I would be reimbursed. That was four months ago. I've called weekly since October and at first would talk to Henry and was told he's getting the payment approved and would be in touch with me soon. Henry hasn't responded to weekly calls, emails or messages I've left. I've talked to Matt and was told I need to talk to Henry. I let him know Henry stopped taking my calls. I now get a message that says his voice-mail is full. I've attempted to contact the general manager but I get forwarded to his voice-mail which is also full so I'm unable to leave a message. Matt and Henry were very helpful during the sale but once the period passed where the deal couldn't be undone they have been very unresponsive. I would caution doing business with Gravity Auto Sales Sandy Springs Georgia. I feel they tell you all you need to hear and very positive in the beginning but once the deal is closed they don't fulfill their promises. I had the car checked within the amount of time given and was only reimbursed for the mechanical and that was probably only due to the fact I could have canceled the deal. I will continue to try and reach Henry weekly as I have since September/October in hopes of getting this rectified. If doing any business with Gravity of Sandy Springs get everything in writing especially if doing business online. The issues are things that if seeing the vehicle in person you could have pointed it out and negotiated the price. These are things I should have been made aware of because they are/were very noticeable. I feel they were misleading in that area as well. More
We purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from Gravity Autos Roswell and had it shipped from Georgia to Pennsylvania, trusting the dealership’s representation of the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience has b Roswell and had it shipped from Georgia to Pennsylvania, trusting the dealership’s representation of the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing due to many undisclosed cosmetic and mechanical issues. We were misled to believe that there was one scratch/blemish on the car and that there were no mechanical issues whatsoever. Our salesman, Yaz, assured us we had seven days to report any problems and that the dealership would either resolve them or allow a return. Upon delivery, we immediately noticed cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, a cracked rear bumper, missing spare tire/jack, and a trim piece missing clear coat. Yaz acknowledged these issues and advised us to get an estimate from a Dodge dealership. We took the car to a Dodge dealership, where the check engine light came on en route. They identified serious mechanical problems: a faulty driveshaft carrier bearing, missing wiring harness, a malfunctioning headlight and fog lights, and both catalytic converters needing service. The car also had improperly fastened underbody panels and damage to the subframe. These issues were not disclosed and make the car uninspectable and illegal to drive in PA. Additionally, the car had a smoke odor despite assurances to the contrary, and the accident history did not match the damage observed. We also received the title in the mail accompanied with a “Repossessed motor vehicle Affidavit and Disposition of Vehicle Under Lien” that was not disclosed to us prior to the sale of the car. We’ve requested a full refund and are awaiting resolution. While we’ve tried to be patient, the lack of timely action or receiving a returned call from the dealership is concerning. We hope Gravity Autos Roswell will honor their commitment and resolve this matter promptly. I will update this review immediately with the outcome when they return one of my calls, noting how Roswell Gravity Auto handled this situation. More

WARNING! WARNING! I’d highly suggest checking the Better Business Bureau of Georgia before proceeding forward with this dealership and ANY promises made by WARNING! I’d highly suggest checking the Better Business Bureau of Georgia before proceeding forward with this dealership and ANY promises made by the salesperson and Finance Manager are documented and signed by both parties. I purchased my BMW on 4/28/2025 and had a trade-in. Sam, my salesperson, was a delight to work with and the one star for my review is solely because of him. After Sam, this is where things unravel. First, communication between their Finance Manager, Title Department and Accounting Manager are extremely poor. I have numerous texts over the past three weeks seeking statuses on trade-in payoff, title registration and state application for titling my car. I’ve sent three emails to their Finance Manager to sign a vehicle registration form (that I had to fill in…not him) since May 11th and nothing. Their Finance Manager is Ricardo. Also, if you have a trade-in, it’ll take Gravity at least 30 days to pay it off, thus expect to make another loan payment even when you don’t have the vehicle in your possession. I’m still waiting on the reimbursement check for my loan payment…no response or status. They were sitting on my title for the BMW for two weeks waiting on my insurance but never called me for it. I had to reach out to THEM to find out the title wasn’t being processed. Now, I’m out nearly $700 for the loan payment, no title, no signed MO registration form and I have to title my BMW within 30 days of purchase or I pay penalties. And lastly, my temp tag will be expiring in the next two weeks. So, just know that I’ve never, EVER dealt with a dealership this unorganized, takes this long to address key documents and payouts that impact the buyer, and the severe lack of communication. By far, worst car-buying experience I've ever dealt with. More
Absolutely awful experience. These people tricked me into buying a vehicle and then when I wanted to register the vehicle they withheld the title, just to mess with me. It's weird to be a professional dealership and play mind games like that. More
I purchased a vehicle from them on January 8, 2025. They delivered the vehicle to me in Louisiana, on January 16,2025 with a Georgia Temporary tag that expired February 22, 2025. I purchased an escalade for my wife 4 months ago from this dealership in cash. As of today, I still do not have the cars title. The entire process has been extremely frustrating. From 3 delivery cance this dealership in cash. As of today, I still do not have the cars title. The entire process has been extremely frustrating. From 3 delivery cancelations (which each time I had to follow up on) of the car, the delivery driver coming to my home at 2am on a Friday, two temporary tags expiring, sending the prior title to the previous owner (and initially lied to about that), being told my prior tag had been transferred to the new car and was able to finally replace the temp tag (a lie), to find out 2 months after that it was never transferred when I received a new license plate with a $750 bill (my wife was driving our kids with a non registered plate). After all that, we take "our" car to get a few recalls complete and they go through an extension list of maintance items that were never preformed at the 30k mark, which we were told had fully been done. We have requested the report of those, but Gravity auto says they cannot provide any documents for maintance done by them. This will be an additional $1500 in needed service that we were told was done! I have never once received a follow up call on any of the issues/concerns over the 4 month fiasco, despite being told countless times that I would. Most recently I have spoke with Tony (manager) who has stated this would be addressed immediately. I would be hearing directly from the GM (Danny) that day, which was 4 days ago. I have never left a negative review about a company, but this is the place this dealership has put me. I even called back yesterday to tell them a negative review would be coming if I didn't hear from a manager, which they promised I most certainly would, but as prior promises never came true. More
I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E300 from Gravity Auto on August 21, 2024. Due to the check engine light being on, and the car dealership not being able to fix the issue. Instead of fixing th Gravity Auto on August 21, 2024. Due to the check engine light being on, and the car dealership not being able to fix the issue. Instead of fixing the issue they would turn off the light! I decided to ask Danny which the general manager is to take back the vehicle to get my trade in back, this decision was made on September 14, 2024. Danny took back possession of the Mercedes Benz on this day as well. Unfortunately, my trade in was sold already without it being paid off. During this month time period I was also was paying for two vehicles which was a big burden. One of which I didn't have possession of. Danny stated I had a negative equity balance from my trade in which needed to be paid off before he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople Credit Union. September 25, 2024, I came into the dealership to pay the negative balance owed. Empeople credit union also sent a payoff statement of the total due he requested in order to send the money back to the credit union for the vehicle he has in his possession as of today! On this date, I also sent him a receipt of the transaction that was made to pay of the balance. Danny messaged me back and stated that they would send the check over the same day. It has been 13 business days since he claimed he would send the 34,000 back to Empeople credit union. Sept 25,2024 was the last day I have heard from him. He seems as he is avoiding paying back the 34,000 to Empeople Credit Union. I have been under a lot of stress and depression with dealing with this car dealership. As well as missing a lot of days from work trying to handle is situation as soon as possible. I've been paying on two car notes which is unfair to me! On top of everything, my credit score has dropped because I'm unable to afford two car notes. My hair falling out because I’m stressed out and depressed. Times are already hard enough and Danny/ Gravity Auto is making it even harder. I would like the situation to handle as soon as possible so I can move on with my life. More
