Couldn't Be Happier On Saturday, my husband and I went looking for an SUV to replace my 12 year old sedan. We mapped out a few dealerships from Auto-trader and this was t On Saturday, my husband and I went looking for an SUV to replace my 12 year old sedan. We mapped out a few dealerships from Auto-trader and this was the first stop on the list. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly salesman named Jeff. Like most car salesman, he was eager to help, but he wasn't pushy or trying to up-sell us above our budget. I test drove a GMC Terrain and we decided to begin the purchasing process. After we talked over the numbers, we were approved for financing within minutes. We met with Mike and very nice woman he was training in the finance department, signed our contract, paid our down payment, and away we went. We were given a great car at an awesome price. The entire staff from beginning to end were courteous and efficient with our time and money. Buying a car is usually a huge headache but this was a complete turn around of that. We have already decided when it's time for my husband to get another car we will be purchasing from Gravity Autos. Thank you all so much!!! More

And I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I was looking for, and Ryan was able to not like most salesman, and try to sale me something I already know about. We test drove the Lexus GS 300 that I came to the dealership for, made if easy and comfortable. We went back in sat down to do the paper work for the car. And with a few in a few moments he had an approval from a lender for us. We didn't like the payment, or down payment asked for by the bank. But Ryan didn't stop there he got Mike Suyunov involved and together, before i was just about to leave because we didn't think they could work the payments the way we wanted. They came back and continued to work so diligently on our behalf. So if your looking for an amazing sales, thats not going to sell you. I would highly recommend Ryan Drayton!! More
