I traded in my vehicle in mint condition for an Audi Q7, and I learned 2 days later that it was sold to me without windshield wipers. I had my vehicle for about a month wondering where my tag was. Come to f and I learned 2 days later that it was sold to me without windshield wipers. I had my vehicle for about a month wondering where my tag was. I worked with Hakim Shabazz who was my sales person. I received the car which the gas tank was on dead empty, the car wasn’t clean and the car cut off on me in a main intersection and wouldn’t restart w I received the car which the gas tank was on dead empty, the car wasn’t clean and the car cut off on me in a main intersection and wouldn’t restart while my wife was in the car. I asked if they could come pick up the car since he said I had 7 days to send the car back. He said that they would pay for any mechanical work. I sent him the bill as he requested and he pretty much straight lied as he now does not respond. If you ask me this place is a little shady starting with Hakim. Pay a little extra for the peace of mind. More
