I had originally intended to purchase this vehicle from another Nissan dealer but was blown off by them. This upset my wife so through the internet she contacted Gray Daniels Brandon and we were connected another Nissan dealer but was blown off by them. She went the extra 3 miles for me as I work and so does my wife we could not take off to work a deal on a car so she did it through email. When it was all done we went to the lot the deal was not quite right but I will have to say that was my fault Kay did it the way I told her. Talked to Kay and another manager and boy did they do me right. Go see Kay she never slows down to take care of her customers and does a wonderful job at even when you make mistakes like I did. More

The only complaint I have about this dealership was the financial manager. He never introduced himself to me and was very rude. It was quite obvious he was not happy with the situation as we obtain finan financial manager. He never introduced himself to me and was very rude.
