Summary of my experience I had a wonderful experience at Gray Daniels!! My sales rep was awesome!! I told him what I was looking for and gave him my price range. He got me wha I had a wonderful experience at Gray Daniels!! My sales rep was awesome!! I told him what I was looking for and gave him my price range. He got me what I wanted and more!! He told me the truth and stayed up front with me the entire time. I really appreciated him being patient and answering all my questions. I worked with two salesmen and Chong happened to be one of them. He was outstanding! He was so nice and even made several follow up calls concerning questions I may have had. bought a used car and 5 months later 5k + in mechanical work I bought a car from this dealership 5 months ago for 9K ( 60K miles), I had some recalls come up on it and come to find out that I have 5K + in mechan I bought a car from this dealership 5 months ago for 9K ( 60K miles), I had some recalls come up on it and come to find out that I have 5K + in mechanical work that need to be fixed just so I can drive it ( transmission, the whole front end , etc.. when I found out the car had all these issues I took the car back to the dealership were they said they would help the best they could. this was a manager!!!!! I decided just to trade car in , and buy a newer used car , I was offered only $1,500 for the car . I was completely blown away with the offer. This was a slap in the face!!!!! There was a lot said when was going to leave of coarse. (this is the short story). I was told that I should of bought a extended warranty. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had. I guess talking care of customers is gone! More

This whole expirience was so much better then I thought it'd be! The only time we had any issue was in the finance office. The employee there made a few remarks that made us feel unappreciated there,and unwelcome. Thank you Samantha for our awesome experience, we are grateful! More

Very helpful and friendly staff, let me spend time test driving vehicles to see what I wanted. Worked for several hours to get me financed.
