I brought my less than 3 month old car there because the usb car play feature won't stay connected. Sometimes it won't even connect at all. The first time I brought it, I specifically told the service advis usb car play feature won't stay connected. Sometimes it won't even connect at all. The first time I brought it, I specifically told the service advisor to tell the guys in the shop that it doesn't happen every time, so don't just plug it in and see it's working and think it's ok. That is exactly what they did. "We couldn't duplicate the problem." The second time, the service advisor (Steve) wouldn't even let me leave my car. He told me to go buy an "android cord" to "rule it out". Since android is not a brand, I assumed he meant a Samsung cord, so I went and bought a $22 Samsung cord. The next morning it wouldn't connect at all, so I took it to them and showed the same service advisor that it wasn't connecting. They kept it for 3 days and didn't even look at it until the third day and then did the same thing as the first time. "It worked for us." They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about even though the service advisor saw for himself that it wasn't working. They just blew me off and wouldn't even look at what could be causing the problem. I've had this car for less than 3 months and this was my first impression of this service department, and it was not a good one. More
