I do apologize for the issue you was having after your oil change visit. I wished you would have reached out to us and let us know you was having car issues. It may have been something we could have looked into and possibly something that could be corrected. Also, the change issue, we did address our service team in our weekly staff meetings. This is the first time we have had this issue, and we are monitoring staff to make sure nothing does happen.
